There’s always a reason to celebrate! Our private spaces are the perfect place for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, and much more!
Food & Beverage Minimum
Our private spaces do not come with a “rental fee.” Instead, they are priced based on a Food & Beverage Minimum. This Food & Beverage Minimum is the subtotal for all food and beverage purchased throughout the evening, and it does NOT include taxes (10.2%) and gratuity (20%). For events that do not meet the Food & Beverage Minimum, the remaining subtotal balance will be charged as a room fee. Individual rooms can be combined.
On-site Vs. Off Site Catering
We’re happy to offer both on-site and off-site catering. Rather host an event in the comfort of your own home? Let us do the hard work while you sit back and enjoy. From setup to cleanup, we got everything covered! (Pricing for off-site events varies)
PRivate wine pairing dinners
In partnership with Chef Lyle Broussard of L’Auberge, we’re excited to now offer curated wine pairing dinners to parties of 12 or more! Enjoy a 3-4 course meal envisioned by Chef Lyle paired with a range of carefully selected wines chosen by our wine director, Ryan Kennedy. Pricing starts at $100/person (excluding gratuity and taxes). Please select ‘Private Pairing Dinner’ under ‘Room Preference’ to inquire!
“Animal Room”

INFO: Our “Animal Room” is our main area for hosting private events with a moody décor, grape cluster chandeliers, and Victoria Era-style animal portraits (hence the name). It also features a projector for slideshows and videos.
CAPACITY: It can host roughly 50 guests for a cocktail style event.

Our “Animal Room” requires a Food & Beverage Minimum of $1,000.
“sun room”

INFO: Our “Sun Room” is the back portion of Bodega that features large windows and stylish décor with a ‘back patio’ vibe. It also features a private entrance (for the total area) and a fireplace.
TOTAL AREA: It can accommodate roughly 100 guests in a cocktail style event and roughly 70 with standard seating.
SPLIT AREA: It can into a smaller area that can accommodate roughly 40 guests for a cocktail style event.

FULL AREA: Our “Sun Room” requires a Food & Beverage Minimum of $2,000 for the total space.
SPLIT AREA: Requires a $1,000 Food & Beverage Minimum.
“Piano Room” & Buyout

INFO: Our “Piano Room” is the heart of our building that includes the main bar and seating area. It features a lounge area and an antique baby grand piano (again, hence the name).
CAPACITY: This area can accommodate roughly 100 guests for a cocktail style event.
BOOKING RESTRICTIONS: This area is only available for events outside of regular business hours or in the case of a buyout.

Our “Piano Room” does not have a set Food & Beverage Minimum. During regular business hours, this area cannot be privately reserved, although, tables can be reserved within this area.

INFO: Our entire building is available for buyout any day of the week. You will have access to all of our amenities listed beforehand.
CAPACITY: We have a total capacity of roughly 250 people (an additional 40 guests can use the outside patio).
PRICING: The Food & Beverage Minimum for these types of events in flexible, although it’ll usually range between $7,500-$9,000 on days that require us to close for regular business.

Guests of all ages are permitted to join us for private events, although, it is not always encouraged as we are an adult centric establishment.

Sure! Please note we have a $35 corkage fee. There is a 2 bottle limit, and wines that our currently on our list are ineligible for corkage (exceptions may be made for wines of a different vintage).
All other forms of alcohol are strictly prohibited!

Cakes are fine with us! Please notify us if you plan of bringing a cake.
Please note that we do not allow any items to be taped to the wall, and any form of glitter is strongly discouraged (like seriously, the amount of glitter we’ve had to clean off the floor is insane).
