While Chef Lyle Broussard works with us to select the menu for all of our pairing dinners, he'll actually be in house whipping up this awesome meal! The pressed watermelon salad is the perfect summer refresher, the Lemon Butter Buerre Blanc with the Atlantic Salmon is to die for, and we don't even need to mention the Lemon Cheesecake Mousse (it speaks for itself).✨
With all this summertime heat, Ryan chose to steer clear of any heavy, overbearing reds, instead opting for some light and airy bubbles from Mary Taylor, a super legit Pinot Noir we order directly from the LOLA vineyard, a unique Fruhburgunder rose from Muller-Ruprecht, and finally a semi-sweet VDP Grosse Lage (super high quality) Riesling from Peter Lauer.🍷
